To cancel, please use the Palisades Tahoe Cancellation Form. Please do not email to cancel your booking. This form is ONLY for advance refund and cancellation requests. Please see below if you are within two days of your booking.

Cancellations & Changes Within 2 Days of Your Booking:
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 2 days of your scheduled date, the following policies apply:

Daily Lift Tickets: Your tickets are non-refundable within two days of your lift ticket date. However, you can reschedule tickets for any day during the current winter season. An additional charge may be required. Please visit any Guest Services ticketing location on the day you would like to ski/ride in the current season, and we'll be happy to switch your ticket for the day.

Lessons, Clinics & Guides:

Group Lessons & Daily Clinics: $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Private Lessons & Guides: $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Rentals: $25 cancellation fee applies.


The 4-Day Lift Pack, 2-Day Lift Pack, and Spring Ticket Trio are non-refundable.
