To cancel, please use the Palisades Tahoe Cancellation Form. Please do not email to cancel your booking. This form is ONLY for advance refund and cancellation requests. Please see below if you are within two days of your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 2 days of your scheduled date, the following policies apply:
Daily Lift Tickets: Within two days of your lift ticket date, your tickets are now nonrefundable, however, you can reschedule tickets for any day during the current winter season. If you do not reschedule by 5:00 PM on the day of the ticket, you will forfeit the ticket. Please call 1-800-403-0206 or visit any guest services location to reschedule.
Lessons, Clinics & Guides:
Group Lessons & Daily Clinics: $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Private Lessons & Guides: $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rentals: $25 cancellation fee applies.
The 4-Day Lift Pack, 2-Day Lift Pack, and Spring Ticket Trio are non-refundable.
