Last year we welcomed 120+ Sports Basement buses to Palisades Tahoe. Join the fun with us this year. Choose from 9 convenient Bay Area pickup locations. Every Saturday & Sunday throughout the season. Free Après celebrations in the parking lot before departure.
Reserve Your TripDates: Every Saturday & Sunday through April, weather and conditions permitting.
Ticket prices: $105 round trip bus seat ticket. Lowest public price weekend day ski ticket. Saturday $189 / Sunday is $159 Adult. 15% discount on lift/lesson/ rental package.
Last season:130+ Sports Basement buses came to the resort. Estimated 5,000+ guests. 1,500+ cars off the road.

Free Mountaineer Shuttle Service
Mountaineer is a free, on-demand shuttle service within Olympic Valley, within Alpine Meadows, and between the two valleys in the evenings during winter months. Passengers can expect door-to-door transportation with average 8-14 minute ride request wait times. Mountaineer drops off and picks up across from CoffeeBar in The Village at Palisades Tahoe and from the Alpine Meadows breezeway. Download the app, request a ride, and leave the driving to Mountaineer – it’s free, convenient, alleviates traffic, and is good for the environment.

Park and Ride
Park in Truckee or Tahoe City and take a shuttle to Palisades Tahoe
Take advantage of our free, convenient Park and Ride TART shuttle to the mountain every Saturday and Sunday through March 31st, 2024. TART Park & Ride shuttles will run frequently between both Tahoe City and Truckee to The Village at Palisades Tahoe starting between 6:30 and 7:45 each morning. Plus, the return shuttles run until 5:45pm, so you can stick around for après!

Free Local Shuttle from the West Shore to Alpine
When conditions permit, on Saturdays and Sundays, guests can park in the Sunnyside lot on the West Shore and catch a free shuttle to the Sherwood Chairlift at Alpine. The first shuttle leaves at 8:30am and the last shuttle returns at 4pm.

Palisades Tahoe Express Shuttle
In the winter, you can take the free Palisades Tahoe Express Shuttle between The Village at Palisades Tahoe and the Alpine Lodge. At Palisades, the shuttle picks up and drops off across from Coffeebar.
