WHAT TO BRING
Regardless of what ticket option you picked, you will want to make sure you have the following items with you for check-in:

  • Your confirmation email: You may want to take a screenshot ahead of time in case you don't have service.
  • A Valid ID: We will need to confirm the identity of the person on the order. If you cannot present your order confirmation, you must have valid photo ID instead.

The Alpine Ticket Windows and the Palisades Ticket Office are open daily. The Tram Ticket Windows are typically open during peak times like weekends and holidays.

Skip the wait and print your tickets for yourself

We now have self-serve ticket kiosks! Bring the barcode you received in your email to one of our self-serve kiosk locations and you can print your Lift Tickets or 4-Day Lift Pack yourself. No need to visit a ticket window! Our Mountain Hosts can assist you in finding the kiosks if you have trouble.

Locations

  • In The Village at Palisades Tahoe, our kiosks are located in the Funitel Plaza, in front of the Ticket & Pass Office, and inside the Aerial Tram building.
  • At the Alpine Lodge, our kiosks are located in front of the ticket windows, near the breezeway, and in the mid-level of the lodge.
  • At SnoVentures, there is a kiosk in the building.
  • At Everline Resort, there is a kiosk in the base-level sporting goods store.


4-Day Lift Packs only require ONE visit! Once you have your ticket, you are good to use it for all your remaining days. The kiosks can NOT print Spring Ticket Trios.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You only need to visit the ticket office or ticket windows once. We will print a plastic pass for you that has your 4 days or 2 days loaded onto it.
If your ticket, pack, or pass is lost or stolen, please come visit us at one of our ticket windows for assistance. You can also have your ticket or pack mailed to you. Please fill out our mailing form to make this request. You must allow at least 10 days for shipping.
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to turn in your ticket and get yourself a few more days of skiing. When you turn in your ticket for a 4-Day Lift Pack, you will get 3 additional days of skiing or snowboarding.
Yes, if you have used all 4 days on your 4-Day Lift Pack, you can reload your pass with additional days. Each day is 25% off the window rate. Visit us in person at one of our ticket locations to reload your pass.
Please keep your pass in a pocket, away from a credit card or cell phone.
