WHAT TO BRING
You will want to make sure you have the following items with you for check-in:

  • Your confirmation email: You may want to take a screenshot ahead of time in case you don't have service.
  • A Valid ID: We will need to confirm the identity of the person who booked the rental at check-in.
  • If you took advantage of one of our deals such as our Ikon Pass holder deal or our AAA Membership discount, be sure to have the proper credentials with you, such as your Ikon Pass, Ikon Pass receipt, or AAA Membership card.

Our standard check-out time is 11am the day of your departure. You can come to the Front Desk to check out, or we also have an option for contactless check-out from your phone. More information on this below.

Where To Park


When you arrive at 1750 Village East Road Olympic Valley, CA, 96416, you will see our hotel's Front Desk entrance. Directly across from the Front Desk entrance are several parking spots exclusively for guests of The Village at Palisades Tahoe Hotel who are checking in. You'll want to park here while you check-in. Once you have checked in with the Front Desk, they will give you a parking pass to our heated underground parking lot, and they will also give you instructions for how to access the underground lot.

Please note: Heated underground parking is included for the first vehicle only. If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to pay $35 per night per vehicle for any additional vehicles.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

The Village at Palisades Tahoe does not have its own airport shuttle. If you are not planning to rent a car, we recommend booking a ride with the North Lake Tahoe Express Shuttle. This paid shuttle will take you safely between Reno Tahoe International Airport and The Village at Palisades Tahoe Hotel, but you must make a reservation.

Shipping services are available only to guests of The Village at Palisades Tahoe hotel. Please do not use the resort's main address for shipping. Shipments must be made using UPS or FedEx.

Hours of Operation

The Front Desk at The Village at Palisades Tahoe Hotel is open 24 hours. Other services in our Village are typically open between 9am and 6pm daily, but hours vary for each establishment.

The website or the Palisades Tahoe app will always have the most recent updates for our Hours of Operation. We have many businesses in our Village, each with its own set of hours, which can change often. A printed Weekly Adventure Guide is available at the Front Desk, which features some of our hours of operation. It is still best to check the app or website in case of changes.

Towels and garbage will be changed every day, while a full room refresh is every third day.
We have electric vehicle charging stations on the west side of the Far East lot. This lot is by the Far East chairlift. If you need help finding the chargers, someone from the Front Desk can assist you. We do not have any electric vehicle charging stations in the underground heated lot in The Village at Palisades Tahoe.

    We do have a small organic grocery store in our Village called Alice’s Mountain Market. If you’re coming from Highway 80, there are several grocery stores to shop at in Truckee, including Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Raley's One Market, and New Moon Natural Foods. Tahoe City is also a short drive away and it has a Savemart, a Safeway, and a natural foods store, New Moon.

Pets that are not service animals are not permitted in The Village at Palisades Tahoe Hotel.

    The best thing to do is call the Front Desk. These situations are dynamic and the answer may be different for everyone. Please note that if you purchased insurance, roads must be closed for 6 hours or more in order to qualify for a cancellation.

    Please note that our units do not have central air conditioning. While not as efficient and cooling as central air conditioning, the temperatures here at night are comfortable. When it cools down to between 40 and 55 degrees, we suggest opening your window and using the fan cools the room should you find the temperature uncomfortable. Premier and Premier Plus Suites have an air conditioning unit in every room. Standard suites do not have air conditioning.
