Palisades Tahoe Charter Bus services groups looking for transportation around the Lake Tahoe Basin and within Olympic Valley. Our Services range from 25, 30, and 42 passenger busses available to travel in the local area as well as an 8-person electric cart to transport within the Resort.

Reservation Policies
4 hours is the minimum amount required to book charter service (cannot be split)
Signed contract, payment information, and 50% deposit are due at the time of booking
$300 minimum fee imposed for any befouling or other necessary excessive cleanup
There is a $250 per hour surcharge for charters that end after midnight
“Travel Time” charge is per hour travel time to destination where client wishes to start/end charter
Golf Carts do not travel past sunset
Gas surcharge may apply to services over 100 miles.
Cancellation Policy: up to 14 days prior to the departure date result in a refund less a $100.00 handling fee. 50% of total deposit and/or trip fee is nonrefundable if Charter is cancelled within 14 days of the Charter date.
