GIRLS ON THE RUN SIERRAS SPRING 5K

ABOUT GIRLS ON THE RUN
Girls on the Run is a program that empowers individuals of all abilities to enhance their self-confidence through physical activity and life skill development. Volunteer coaches lead sessions that combine exercise with lessons on emotional management, friendship building, and empathy. Participants experience a supportive team environment, culminating in a Community Impact Project and a 5K run, fostering a sense of achievement and confidence.
GOTR SIERRAS SPRING 5K
At the end of each season, Girls on the Run hosts a celebratory 5K race where participants of all abilities experience a tangible sense of accomplishment by crossing the finish line. This moment marks a joyful and memorable achievement, and all participants receive a commemorative medal to celebrate their success.
Girl Village is open from 8:45 AM-10:00 AM. This there girls get the chance to get their hair decorated, faces painted or color their running bibs! We encourage girls to arrive early so they can enjoy all that Girl Village has to offer.
